Will be required to sort out staff issues during the shift and take control of situations that may occour while also being hands on and working the shift themselves. Will be in charge of sorting out the timesheets during and after each shift for every member of staff under the supervision. Person Specification: We are looking for a hard working individual who can will get along with our staff but also take authority when needed. Taking a hands on approach and will do what it takes to get the done to satisfaction. Needs to be reliable and available at short notice. |
