Job Specification: Looking for an experienced Chef de Partie. working in a busy 4* hotel in cardiff. Covering for the head chef on absence.

Person Specification: Will need to be flexible, reliable and available at short notice. Own transport would be a bonus as the locations can vary and may be outside of the city centre.
