Our M&E Division also subscribes to the JIB Industrial Information Service; this enables us to verify the grading and qualification of our electrical operatives prior to contract commencement. Also for our mechanical operatives we are subscribers to the JIB-PMES Information Service, which enables us to verify operatives plumbing grade. We insist on having a copy of all Skills Cards and / or proof of time served apprenticeship, along with a comprehensive work history. Time 4 Recruitment’s M&E Division is also working towards becoming affiliate members of the HVCA
Time 4 Recruitment Ltd recently underwent an independent audit with BM Trada certification to gain membership onto the “employment agency alliance” administered by the HVCA.
Our whole recruitment process was audited and we were successful in passing all areas of the Key Commitments, some of the areas that we were inspected on were: Quality of workers provided, monitoring workers standard of performance, employment legislation, and our promptness and correctness of workers payments.
